Billing FAQ
The service will charge on the basis of per employee per month for a quarterly, half-yearly and yearly billing cycle period. As billing cycle period increases, you pay lesser amount.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. But we couldn't give any refund for rest period of your current billing cycle. However you could use the service till end of the billing cycle.
We provide 15 days grace period in which your service will be continue. If your payment is not received within the grace period then your service will be discontinued.
